I’m Jess, the photographer behind Boltz Photography. My goal is simple: make photo sessions feel easier, more personal, and way less awkward than people expect. Whether I’m photographing a family, a high school senior, a youth sports team, or an athlete in full game mode, I care about creating images that feel polished, real, and worth keeping.
Life as a Mom & Coach
First and foremost, I’m a mom to three amazing kids. They are my absolute world and the biggest reason I fell in love with photography in the first place! Watching how quickly they grow is a constant reminder of why preserving milestones matters so much. I know firsthand that kids don’t always sit still and family outfit planning can feel overwhelming, which is why I keep every session relaxed, fun, and totally pressure-free.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can almost always find me at local sports fields and gyms across Lancaster County! I coach youth softball, where I love helping young athletes build confidence, teamwork, and grit. I also stay deeply involved as a volunteer with our local youth football and wrestling organizations. Being part of the local sports community means I know how much time, energy, and heart families pour into every season.
