How do parents order and view photos?
We handle all sales directly through a clean, mobile-friendly online proofing gallery. Parents can view their athlete’s proofs, select packages, order custom prints or digital files, and have orders shipped directly to their home.
What happens if it rains on outdoor sports picture day?
We bring complete mobile indoor lighting setups that allow us to quickly move into a school gymnasium, fieldhouse, cafeteria, or facility hallway. If an indoor pivot isn’t available, we coordinate a designated backup rain date with league board members.
How long does a team picture day take?
Our streamlined workflow moves an entire roster through individual athlete portraits and group photos in approximately 10–15 minutes per squad, ensuring your event runs precisely on schedule.
How far in advance should our board schedule media day?
We recommend reaching out 3–6 weeks before the start of your season to coordinate uniform arrival dates, reserve gym/field access, and ensure parent information packets are sent out early.
