Serving Families, Seniors & Athletes Across Central Pennsylvania

Ephrata Lititz Akron Denver Manheim Cocalico Area Middle Creek / Stevens

Pricing & Packages

How much do sessions cost, and what is included?

We keep pricing straightforward with zero hidden fees, no mandatory sales sessions, and no print minimums:

  • Half-Hour Session ($75): 30 minutes of shooting time at one local location, full edited digital gallery, and personal print release rights.
  • Full Hour Session ($150): 60 minutes of shooting time, outfit changes, sports props/pets welcome, full edited digital gallery, and print release.
How far in advance should I book my session?

Late summer (August) and peak fall foliage (September through October) fill up quickly due to high school senior yearbook deadlines and holiday card portraits. We suggest reaching out 1 to 2 months in advance to reserve your preferred golden hour date.

How are my final images delivered?

Your finished portraits will be delivered through a password-protected online digital gallery. You can download your full-resolution files directly to your phone or computer, share them with family, and print them wherever you choose with your included print release.

Locations & Weather Policies

What happens if it rains on the day of our shoot?

We monitor the local forecast leading up to your date. If rain or stormy conditions roll in across Central PA, we will reschedule to a mutually open backup date or move the shoot to our indoor studio space in Ephrata.

Where do we shoot outdoor portraits?

We photograph all across Ephrata, Lititz, Denver, and Lancaster County. Popular backdrops include open nature preserves like Middle Creek, historic brick downtowns, scenic public parks, and family properties.

What is the best time of day for outdoor pictures?

We schedule outdoor shoots during golden hour—about 60 to 90 minutes before sunset or right after sunrise. This avoids harsh midday shadows and gives your images a warm, flattering glow with natural skin tones.

Session Day & Styling

What should our family wear for photos?

Coordinate colors without matching identically. Select 2 to 3 harmonious tones (like creams, earthy rust, dusty blues, or sage) and layer with textured knits or linens. Avoid neon colors, bold logos, or busy competing patterns.

What if my kids won’t sit still or smile on cue?

As a mom of three, I know kids are meant to move! We keep family sessions active with playful prompts, movement, and genuine interactions so you get natural smiles without stress.

Can we bring sports uniforms, instruments, or our dog?

Yes! High school seniors are encouraged to bring varsity gear, jerseys, and hobby props. Families are always welcome to bring their dogs to pet-friendly outdoor locations.

How do sports leagues coordinate Team Picture Days?

We provide streamlined team and individual media days for youth sports, high school programs, and leagues across Lancaster County, complete with rapid shooting schedules and digital parent galleries.
